2. Service & account eligibility

ExpertZone provides domain-based professional email accounts. Accounts are issued after we verify the information and, where applicable, documents you submit. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access if verification fails or if we reasonably believe the request does not meet our eligibility or acceptable-use criteria.

We aim to maintain high availability of our email infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. Service levels may vary by plan as described at sign-up or in your agreement.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information in the request form and keep it updated. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable law and these Terms.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, phishing, malware, fraud, or to harass or harm others. You may not attempt to circumvent security, abuse the infrastructure, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination and may be reported to authorities.

5. Billing & subscriptions

Fees are as specified in your selected plan and billing cycle (e.g. monthly or annual). Payment is due in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service. Refund and cancellation terms are as set out in your plan or agreement; enterprise or custom agreements may have different terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpertZone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits). The service is provided “as is” subject to any warranties expressly stated in your agreement. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to secure credentials or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Suspension & termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with the agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, prohibited use, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Data export and deletion are handled as set out in our Privacy Policy and your agreement.
